Billing and plans

FlockTab charges for the control, never for the tokens: your agents' calls are billed by the providers, on your own keys and plans. Plans differ in how many Agents you can name and what you can control.

What you pay for

  • Model calls go to the provider on your key (or your plan login), and the provider bills you. FlockTab never resells tokens and holds no wallet.
  • The plan pays for the tabs, the kill switch, the policies, Agent Guard, outside spend and the rest of the console.
  • Security is free on every plan: passkeys and two-factor. Only single sign-on and SCIM are Fleet.

An Agent counts when it has a name and a virtual key. Closing its tab does not free the seat; deleting the Agent does. The example tabs a new flock starts with are never counted.

Start Team or Fleet

  1. Open Account, Plan and choose Start Team or Start Fleet.
  2. Pay on Stripe's checkout page. Team's first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial.
  3. You come back to the console on the new plan. The sidebar shows it beside the flock's name.

Add Agents

Team includes 10 named Agents. When they are all in use, creating another is refused and leads to the Plan page, where One more Agent adds a seat at $2/mo and One fewer Agent gives one back. Nothing is ever billed by surprise: an Agent past the limit is never created on its own. Solo stops at 3; Fleet has no limit.

People on Fleet

Fleet's $199 covers 10 people: the owner and every active member. Each person past that is $15/mo, and the count follows your members on its own, prorated, as people join or leave. Members and their roles are under Enterprise, Members.

Change or cancel

Manage billing on the Plan page opens Stripe's billing portal: change the card, see invoices, or cancel. When a paid plan ends, the flock is on Solo again, with its 3 named Agents and 1 alert, and any Agents added past Team's 10 go with it.

A card that fails

While Stripe retries a failed payment the plan stays as it is and the Plan page says it is past due, with a line to update the card. If Stripe gives up, the flock moves to Solo as when a plan is cancelled.
