Every Agent links to a project, and outside spend lands on projects too. Shared costs, like a zone two products use, split by the weights you set. The result is one number per project you can send to its owner.

A project's total is its Agents' tab spend, its outside spend, and its share of shared bills.
Agents link themselves
An Agent named after a project, or run in its repository, links to it. You can always change the link.
Shared costs, split fairly
Give each project a weight and a shared bill splits between them, so nothing is counted twice or dropped.
Subscriptions shown at list
Subscription use appears beside the total at list price, never inside what was charged.

Attribution and the ledger export as CSV for finance.
